Class 12 Re-totaling Result Publication Notice
Issued by the Examination Control Office, National Examinations Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
The Examination Control Office of the National Examinations Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published the re-totaling (Punaryog) results for Class 12 students who received an NG (Not Graded) grade in the annual examination held from Baishakh 14 to 27, 2083, and who had applied for re-totaling.
The results have been published as per the decision of the Advisory Committee dated 2083/03/25, based on the recommendation of the Re-totaling Sub-committee. Students collecting a revised grade sheet must contact the Board’s relevant office 10 days after the result publication date, along with their original grade sheet.

Please read these notes carefully — they explain how to view your answer sheet, the supplementary (Mauka) exam schedule, and how technical errors are handled.
- There is no change to the result of any subject other than those listed above, for examinees who received NG and applied for re-totaling.
- Examinees who are not satisfied with the re-totaling result and wish to view their answer sheet may apply only after the final Class 12 re-totaling result is published. A separate notice on this will be issued when the final-stage result is published.
- Examinees whose grade did not change through re-totaling but who are eligible may sit the Class 12 supplementary (Mauka) exam on 2083/04/02 and 03. The application form for the relevant subject, along with a late-fee-free amount of Rs. 800/–, must be deposited (online or by voucher) into the Board’s relevant office account by 2083/03/30, and the application form submitted through the school.
- Any error in the result arising from a technical cause will be corrected from the records of the Examination Control Office.
