Refund Policy
At NDGURU, we are committed to providing high-quality education and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
Fee & Refund Terms
General Rule: All fees paid for course enrollment are non-refundable once you have enrolled in any class or program.
Medical / Emergency Exception: If a student faces a serious medical emergency or unforeseen hardship that forces them to quit their studies from the college, they may apply for a refund.
70% Refund — of the total course fee will be refunded, provided the student submits valid documentary proof (e.g., medical certificate, official college withdrawal confirmation). Each case will be reviewed individually.
Policy Enactment: This refund policy is effective from the date of enrollment and applies to all students enrolled in NDGURU courses.
Important: Refund requests under the emergency exception must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the incident, along with all supporting documents. NDGURU reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the evidence provided.
